Giving visitors to your site easy access to your social media platforms (via an icon on every page) is also crucial. Make it as easy as possible for your audience to connect with you.

 

4) Making your online shop mobile friendly will draw more buyers to your site.

 

Mobile will grow to account for 40% of global online transactions, says research from digital performance advertisers, Criteo. That’s a huge percentage of shopping done through smartphones and tablets. If your e-store isn’t accessible via mobile, you inadvertently lose a significant customer base and as a result, lose out on sales.
