Josie finds her passion for fresh products growing up on a vegetable farm and enjoying fresh products on a daily basis and wants people to experience the quality products that Fresh soil offers.
Josie has a background in Sport Management and coaching. She loves serving people and sharing the invigorating power of fresh food and vegetables with others. She is inspired by the opportunity to make quality food and health products available to people who want to improve their health.
Nicky’s business acumen is rooted in various sectors including the food industry where her family business owned a renowned al la carte restaurant on the Natal South Coast called Franks Bistro. While visiting Tuscany 3 years ago the stirring began to source nutritional wholefoods and start a deli together with Josie. She also holds a passion for property investment and has worked in the IT industry managing people skills.
With the experience she brings to the business this provides the perfect recipe for driving the logistics of excellent delivery and customer experience in Fresh Soil, making every customer feel special.
